About David
Leadership is not theory when people, performance, and results are on the line.
I began my professional journey as a U.S. Air Force Air Traffic Controller, where discipline, communication, judgment, and accountability were not optional. I later spent more than three decades in petrochemical and refining, working on both the contractor and owner sides and leading diverse operations and sales teams.
That experience shaped how I coach today: understand the person, understand the system, ask better questions, and turn insight into action. My work combines leadership development, Lean thinking, behavioral assessment, counseling principles, and practical business experience.
